We do not provide user support for our hosting.
The reason for this is because we do not charge any monthly fees for it. We expect our members who activate hosting to know how to use Cpanel and manage their own accounts. This includes setting up emails, databases, uploading sites, etc.
We do provide server-side technical support should your sites be down or when server experiences issues. Usually in this instances, we proactively resolve the issues without a need for members to submit tickets.
Important : Use of our hosting is a added benefit. We will not be liable for any loss of data or revenue associated with it's use. In short, use at your own risk. We do not, however, get any issues with our hosting.
